Pitch prices

Each market's application form includes full stall prices & booking information.

Apply using the form for the market you want. Stalls are booked in advance and places are limited.
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, payable within 7 days of the invoice.
The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before the market.
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full terms and the Stallholder Code of Conduct can be found at the bottom of this page.

Public Liability Insurance, with a copy of your certificate.
Food businesses need registration with their local authority, a copy of their Food Hygiene certificate, and a risk assessment for your stall.
Candles, wax melts and other products must meet the relevant product safety and labelling requirements, including CLP labelling where applicable.
Toys and children's products must comply with the relevant product safety requirements, including the appropriate CE or UKCA marking where required.
Your own tables. A limited number can be hired if booked in advance.
Outdoor traders need a professional-grade gazebo, with a minimum of 15kg of weight securely attached to each leg.
Electricity is only available by arrangement. All electrical appliances must be PAT tested, with a copy of the PAT certificate provided, and extension cables must have a circuit breaker.
All products must comply with the relevant labelling and product safety requirements, with prices clearly displayed.
