Stallholder terms & conduct
Stallholder Terms & Conditions
By booking a stall at any Blackboard Markets event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Booking
All stalls must be booked in advance and have the correct relevant paperwork.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
No booking will be confirmed without receipt of the deposit.
Deposits must be paid within 7 days of the invoice being issued. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your booking will be automatically released to another trader without further notice. It is the trader's responsibility to ensure payment is made on time.
If your booking is made within three (3) weeks of the market date, full payment is required upfront to secure your space. In these cases, the full payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than three (3) weeks prior to the market date.
If full payment is not received by this deadline, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected].
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than three (3) weeks before the market date will result in no refund of any fees paid.
Payments cannot be transferred to a future market date. Please ensure you are available before booking, as all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Stallholders who fail to attend without prior written notice will forfeit all fees paid.
Weather Policy
The market will run in all weather conditions unless officially cancelled by the organiser.
Refunds will not be given for stallholder cancellations due to weather concerns.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a market, stallholders will be offered a full refund, credit, or transfer to a future event.
We are not liable for any financial loss incurred as a result of changes to market dates or scheduling.
